In one line
No account, no cookie, no analytics, no advertising, no data resale. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only thing this site receives is what you send it yourself.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Lucas Marmorato, 25 chemin de Brunet, 13090 Aix-en-Provence, France, reachable at contact@loukswater.com.
The form
The Join page asks for the name of your place, what it is, its city, your name, your email address and, if you wish, a few words. Those answers are sent to Louks by email and are written to no database and no file on the server.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation: you write to us to consider serving Louks in your place.
Like any site, this one runs on the technical logs kept by the host, OVH, which record connection IP addresses for server security, independently of us. OVH acts as a processor in that respect and keeps those logs for its own statutory periods.
If you write to us
Whether through the form or by clicking an address on the site, the message arrives in the Louks inbox.
- What is kept: your email address and the content of your message.
- Why: only to reply to you and follow up on the exchange.
- How long: three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Who has access: Lucas Marmorato, nobody else.
Typefaces
The typefaces are served from this site, not from a third party’s servers. Loading a page therefore contacts no domain other than this one.
External links
The Instagram link takes you to a third-party service, which applies its own rules as soon as you arrive.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of, and port the data you have sent us. You may also leave directives as to what becomes of it after your death.
Simply write to contact@loukswater.com. You will get an answer within one month.
No data leaves the European Union, and nothing you send us feeds an automated decision.
If that answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
